AS Landscape was founded in 2023 by Andrew Sepher, out of the west side of Spartanburg. Dependable work, high quality, and relationships that last. Andrew walks your property, gives you the number, and is on the crew that does the work.
Lawn maintenance, design, hardscaping, grading, sod, and outdoor improvements. Whether it is a weekly mow or a full yard rebuild, the details get done. Small on purpose: that is how a 5.0 stays a 5.0.

Most of a retaining wall is buried
This is the build, in section. The gravel pad goes in first, then a perforated drain pipe at the base, then block set course by course with clean stone backfilled behind every one.
Everything below the grass line is what you are actually paying for. Skip it and the prettiest wall on the street leans within five years.

Based on the west side of Spartanburg, working across Greenville and Spartanburg counties. Each town has its own page, because a flat Simpsonville lot and a sloped Travelers Rest lot are not the same problem.

What areas do you serve?
Greer, Greenville and Spartanburg and the towns between them: Duncan, Lyman, Taylors, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Five Forks, Boiling Springs, Travelers Rest, Fountain Inn, Wellford, Moore and Reidville. We are based on the west side of Spartanburg.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, walk the property with you, and give you a number. If the project needs a design, we will tell you what that costs before we start on it.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry liability insurance and can send you a certificate before we start. South Carolina does not license landscape contractors as a trade, so if a company tells you they hold a state landscaping license, ask what it actually is.
How soon can you start?
Maintenance can usually start the following week. Install work depends on the season. Spring and fall book out furthest, so if you want a patio done by summer, the conversation should happen in winter.
Do you do the work yourselves?
Yes. The person who quotes your job is on the crew that builds it. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you never met.
