Grading & Drainage
Regrading, french drains, and downspout tie-ins that keep water moving and the yard dry and usable.
If water sits in the yard after a storm, we can fix that. Upstate clay sheds water instead of soaking it up, so we regrade so water flows where you want it, tie in downspouts, and install french drains where the grade alone cannot do the job.
The goal is a dry lawn, a usable backyard, and water moving away from the house.
