AS Landscape was founded in 2023 with a simple goal to provide dependable, high quality landscaping services while building lasting relationships with our customers.

We specialize in lawn maintenance, landscape design, hardscaping, grading, sod installation, and outdoor improvements. Whether it is routine lawn care or a complete outdoor transformation, we take pride in doing the job right and paying attention to the details.

As a local, growing business, we are committed to delivering honest service, quality workmanship, and results that our customers can be proud of.

The company is owner-operated by Andrew Sepher, out of Spartanburg. The person who walks your property and gives you a number is on the crew that shows up to do the work. Most of what goes wrong on a landscape job goes wrong in the handoff. We do not have that gap because there is nobody to hand it to.

The work splits three ways. Design and install, which is planning a yard and then building it. Hardscape, which is walls, patios, steps and the structural side. And maintenance, which is mowing and bed care on a schedule you can count on.

We are not the cheapest quote you will get, and we will tell you why when we hand you the number. Most of the cost difference in this trade is underground: base depth, compaction, drainage. It is the part nobody sees and the only part that decides whether the job is still good in five years.
