How it’s built

Stripes are the signature

A lawn cut at the right height, in alternating passes, leaves that light-and-dark banding you can spot from the street. It is the fastest way to tell a maintained lawn from a mowed one.

The machine pivots on the spot at the end of every pass. Zero wasted turning, zero scuffed arcs at the edges.

    Mow

    Cut at the right height for the season and the grass type, with alternating direction so the turf does not lay over one way.

    Edge

    Hard edge along drives, walks and curbing so the lines stay crisp.

    Trim

    String trim everything the mower cannot reach, including fence lines and around trees.

    Blow

    Every hard surface cleared. Clippings off the drive and walks, not into the street or the beds.

Lawn Maintenance: common questions

How much does lawn maintenance cost?

Most residential properties in this area run $45 to $85 per visit, set by lot size, how much trimming there is, and access. We quote per visit after seeing the property, not by the hour.

Weekly or biweekly?

Weekly through the growing season for most lawns here. Biweekly works in the shoulder seasons and for larger, less formal properties. Cutting more than a third of the blade at once stresses the grass, which is what usually makes biweekly look rough in June.

Do you do fertilizing and weed control?

We handle mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup. Chemical treatment programs are a licensed specialty and we are happy to point you at someone who does only that.
