Yard Cleanups
Some properties need a reset before anything else makes sense. Beds full of last year, overgrown shrubs, leaves nobody got to, or what a storm left behind.
A cleanup is the cheapest way to make a property look cared for again, and it is usually the right first visit before setting up regular maintenance.
How the work goes
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Storm debris and downed limbs
- Overgrown and neglected property resets
- Beds re-edged as part of the work
- All debris hauled off, not piled
- 01
Clear the beds
Leaves, dead growth and weeds out. Beds re-edged so the lines come back.
- 02
Cut back
Shrubs and perennials pruned to the right height for the season, not just sheared flat.
- 03
Turf and hard surfaces
Leaves off the lawn before they mat and kill it, and every walk and drive blown clean.
- 04
Haul off
Everything leaves with us. Nothing gets piled at the back of the property.
Yard Cleanups: common questions
What does a yard cleanup include?
Bed clearing and re-edging, cutting back shrubs and perennials, leaf removal from turf and beds, blowing every hard surface, and hauling all of it off. Big overgrowth or storm damage is quoted separately because the volume drives the cost.
How much does a cleanup cost?
Most standard residential cleanups run $250 to $700 depending on lot size and how much material is coming out. A neglected property reset is quoted after we walk it.
When should a fall cleanup happen?
After most of the leaves are down, usually late November into December here. Going too early means doing it twice.
